Transportation Engineering and Safety Conference

Since 1995, this annual gathering of professionals from throughout Pennsylvania, the mid-Atlantic region, and the country has been delivering authoritative information on pressing issues from some of the foremost experts in transportation today.

The 23rd Annual Transportation Engineering and Safety Conference (TESC) will be held December 6-8, 2017, at the Penn Stater Conference Center Hotel. The call for presenations has been extended, as follows:

All researchers and practitioners, who are working in areas related to surface transportation planning, design, operations, and safety, are invited! 

Submit one-page abstracts to Steve Williams at no later than May 10, 2017Presenters, who are selected to make presentations at the conference, will be notified by email by May 26, 2017.

Topics of particular interest include:

• Intelligent Vehicle/Highway Systems

• New/revised State and Federal Transportation Guidelines

• Public/private Partnerships: Innovative Financing

• Work Zone Innovations

• Safety Improvements
